ABOUT CENTER PERFORMANCE REVIEWS...

 

A Center Performance Review (CPR) is a simple and easy way to identify your center's strengths and weaknesses and develop a realistic business/marketing and action plan to help you achieve your full potential as a manager/proprietor.

 

The process is not disruptive to your business, employees or customers. In fact, it is educational, motivational and fun. Most importantly, it will help you to generate more business, develop more productive employees and happier customers.

 

The evaluation process includes:

  • Interviewing/observing employees, management, customers and vendors.
  • An analysis of your current league and open play schedule including recurring special events.
  • A cursory analysis of your financial statements (lineage, revenues, expenses, cost-of goods).

The Center Performance Evaluation includes a [minimum] two-day on-site evaluation, followed by a comprehensive written report which features:

  • Market Analysis
  • General Observations
  • Physical facility
  • Maintenance
  • Staffing
  • Customer Service
  • Potential for Growth
  • Revenue Potential
  • Establishing Short-term and Long-term Priorities
  • Specific Promotional Programs including support materials
  • A detailed Action Plan for future growth

In addition to a detailed center analysis, the CPR will also focus on:

  • Creative Promotions and Making Bowling Fun Again
  • The Importance of Database Marketing
  • Creative Thinking Strategies
  • The importance of Planning, Implementation and Follow-up
  • Brainstorming and Developing an Action Plan
  • Customer Service
  • Neighborhood Marketing Techniques

The CPR standard fee is $4,750 (plus expenses). Terms: 50% in advance, balance upon delivery of the final report. There are discounts available for VIP members.
